I’m Ankit Dave, and my journey has been shaped by a curiosity to understand how systems work and more importantly, how they can work better.

With a background in Social Management, I started my career exploring diverse ecosystems government, academia, non-profits, and startups, each offering a unique lens into how ideas translate into impact. Over time, I found myself drawn to the intersection of strategy and execution: where vision meets the discipline of making things actually happen.

Today, I lead operations for a established organization, where my role goes beyond managing processes. It’s about bringing structure to complexity, streamlining supply chains, improving how resources flow, building systems that enable better decisions, and ensuring that teams move in sync towards shared goals. Whether it’s optimizing inventory, strengthening procurement, or setting up scalable processes, I enjoy solving for clarity, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to manage large-scale funds, build and refine processes, work closely with diverse teams, and collaborate with stakeholders across geographies, including international organisations. What excites me most is working with ideas and ventures that aim to solve real problems helping them move from intent to execution by enabling the right systems, resources, and direction.

Outside of work, I find inspiration in films, photography, traveling, and sketching creative outlets that help me observe the world differently and stay grounded. This space is a reflection of that journey of experiences, learnings, and an ongoing pursuit to build, improve, and contribute meaningfully.
