As a Senior Project Associate at GSIDS, I took on the responsibility of coordinating with multiple District Collectorates to facilitate Social Infrastructure Planning. My duties also included overseeing the development of Human Development Reports at the district level. Additionally, I conducted workshops on the Human Development Index for State Government Officials across various districts, aiming to raise awareness among decision-makers and stakeholders.

As a Fellow at Piramal Foundation, I worked closely with Surat Municipal Schools to enhance Student Learning Outcomes (SLO). This involved designing and implementing a range of activities and approaches curated based on the need of the students. My role extended beyond the classroom in to the local community to understand its influence on the students' learning environment. The fellowship provided an invaluable opportunity to develop leadership skills for creating positive societal impact.
